Service integrations and sync
We connect the website, CRM, accounting systems, warehouse, payments, delivery and marketplaces so that orders, prices and stock update automatically — no manual transfers and no errors.
What we do
Integrations and data sync are one of our core areas: from a single connector to exchange between dozens of systems.
Data sync
Products, prices, stock, orders and customers match across all systems.
API integrations
We connect external services: payments, delivery, CRM, marketplaces and partner services.
Your own API
We build APIs for mobile apps, partners and internal services.
Central exchange hub
An intermediate service through which all of the company's systems communicate.
Data exchange you can rely on
Scheduled and instant
Exchange every N minutes or right away on an event via webhooks.
Data mapping
We match reference data, units and statuses across systems.
Monitoring
You can see what was sent, when and where, and where an error occurred.
Failure handling
Resending and protection against duplicates and losses.
Security
Access keys, secure connections, least privilege.
Large volumes
We design the exchange for catalogs with millions of items.
Systems we work with
Any system that has an API or another way to exchange data. Below are the most common combinations.
Projects with integrations
Full portfolioHow we connect
Systems audit
We work out which data has to be sent, from where and to where.
Exchange design
We design data flows, formats and sync frequency.
Quote and contract
We fix the scope of work, timeline and cost.
Development
We write connectors, data mapping and error handling.
Testing
We test the exchange on real data and edge cases.
Launch and monitoring
We switch the exchange on and keep an eye on its stable operation.

Which systems do you work with?
Any system that has an API or another way to exchange data: CRM, accounting and ERP systems, warehouses, payment services, delivery services, marketplaces and partner services.
What if the system has no API?
We find another way to exchange data — via files, the database or an intermediate service that we build.
What happens if the exchange is interrupted?
We build in resending, an operation log and error alerts so that data is neither lost nor duplicated.
How much does an integration cost?
It depends on the number of systems and the volume of data. After the audit we give a transparent estimate and fix cost and timeline in the contract.
